HEALTH BEGINS BEFORE DISEASE

Prevent NCD's with our prevention plan.

Assessment, structured programs and professional guidance to help you act before disease begins. An initiative of Sarvahitha Arogya Sadhana Trust (SAST).

Why prevention matters

Non-communicable diseases are the world's biggest killers, and most of them build slowly.

10–30years is how long most NCDs take to show symptoms. That's exactly why early habits and early screening matter so much.

Because they progress silently, NCDs are best addressed long before any symptoms appear, through regular screening, informed lifestyle choices and, where needed, early medical guidance, rather than waiting to treat them once they're established.

Four disease groups cause most NCD illness and death

66%of all deaths in India
